Founded in 2011 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by Mr Sylva Monga, ITM Holding began as “International Training & Motivation,” focused on training and staff management. As Africa’s business landscape evolved, so did ITM-expanding its services and reach to become a diversified pan-African conglomerate. Today, ITM Holding operates nine companies across 18 countries, employing over 15,000 people and investing in sectors including Human Resources, mining, financial services, logistics, BPO, and more.
